Short answers about the websites, access, timing and payment.
01 How much does website restoration cost?
The initial diagnosis is free.
To diagnose the issue, I will need the necessary technical access to the website. Once I identify the cause, I will let you know how much the repair will cost.
In most cases, repairs cost from ₱1,000 to ₱5,000, depending on the complexity of the issue.
No paid work begins until you approve the price.
02 Do I need to pay upfront?
The initial diagnosis is free.
For most small and standard website repairs, no upfront payment is required. We fix the agreed issue first, and you pay after the work is completed.
For larger or more complex projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. We will always confirm the price and payment terms with you in advance.
03 What access will you need for the diagnosis?
A complete diagnosis usually requires access to the hosting control panel or SSH.
Access to the website admin panel or FTP alone is often not enough. The cause may be outside the CMS itself—for example, at the server, PHP, configuration, file-permission or error-log level.
I will only request the technical access needed to diagnose your specific situation.
04 Can a website be restored without a backup?
In some cases, yes.
Whether recovery is possible depends on the cause of the failure and the current condition of the website, its files and its database.
Not having a backup does not automatically mean the website is lost. After the diagnosis, I will be able to explain which recovery options are available.
05 How soon will the diagnosis begin, and how long does a repair take?
I begin the initial diagnosis as soon as I receive the necessary access.
After the diagnosis, I will explain the cause, price and estimated recovery time.
In most cases, repairs take from 1 hour to 2 days, depending on the nature of the issue.
Please note: the 30 minutes stated on this page is the usual response time, not a promise to restore every website within 30 minutes.
06 Can the problem happen again after the website is restored?
After restoring the website, I provide recommendations to improve security and reduce the risk of the problem happening again.
You can implement them yourself or ask me to handle them as a separate task.
This is especially important after a hack or malware infection: cleaning up the damage and protecting the website from another intrusion are separate tasks.
If the security recommendations are not fully implemented, the vulnerability may remain and the problem may happen again.
