CRM and service providers
Submitted requests are transferred to our Bitrix24 CRM so our team can respond and manage the inquiry. Hosting, communications, analytics and advertising providers may process limited information only as required to provide their services.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrika and Meta Pixel load only after you select Allow analytics in the consent notice. These services may process device and browser details, IP-derived data, page views, interactions and advertising identifiers, and may store cookies or similar identifiers. We do not deliberately include the contact value entered in a form in analytics events.
Essential storage
The site uses local storage to remember your privacy choice and may preserve advertising parameters during your visit so they can be attached to a request. Essential storage supports the requested functionality and does not load the optional analytics services.
Your choices
You may accept or decline optional analytics in the notice on the main page. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. You can also delete site data in your browser; the notice will be shown again on your next visit.
Retention and your rights
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, provide support, meet business or legal record-keeping needs and protect the service. To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact us using WhatsApp or Messenger on the main page. Applicable legal requirements may require us to retain some records.
